Bobyard is seeking a Marketing Manager to build, operate, and scale the systems behind our growth engine. You’ll own the strategy and execution of how we generate, convert, and measure demand - spanning paid media, SEO, content, lifecycle marketing, and analytics.
Requirements
- Own the marketing stack - connect HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and analytics tools into a unified system that tracks marketing performance to revenue.
- Plan and launch campaigns - manage paid and organic programs across digital, traditional, and trade channels to drive qualified pipeline.
- Manage creative and content production - oversee videos, ads, blogs, and event materials that align with Bobyard’s brand and product initiatives.
- Drive SEO and website performance - develop keyword strategy, optimize landing pages, and measure organic growth and conversion.
- Implement tracking and attribution - manage UTMs, pixels, and conversion events with RevOps to ensure accurate funnel reporting.
- Monitor budgets and performance - track spend, pacing, and ROI across all channels; reallocate to optimize CAC and payback.
- Build reporting and dashboards - use Equals to visualize funnel performance, campaign ROI, and pipeline efficiency.
- Run experiments and optimizations - A/B test ad creative, messaging, and landing pages to continuously improve results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally - partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align campaigns, messaging, and attribution.
