We are seeking a Brand Ambassador Manager to build and scale an industry-leading ambassador channel across our multi-brand portfolio. The role will design, launch and operationalise our affiliate partner program, recruiting high-quality affiliates, defining commission models, managing tracking and optimisation, and collaborating cross-functionally and scaling the channel.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing or performance marketing
- Proven track record of recruiting and growing affiliate networks and driving measurable revenue via affiliate channels
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with tracking tools, performance dashboards, conversion metrics
- Excellent relationship and negotiation skills: able to manage partner contracts, motivate affiliates and ensure alignment
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms/networks (e.g., Superfiliate, Impact, CJ, Partnerize) and commission models (CPA, CPS, CPL)
- Strong project-management and organisational skills; able to work cross-functionally under tight timelines
