Job Description
Peek is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to join our corporate finance team. As a senior leader, you will drive high-impact projects that impact the strategic direction of Peek.
Requirements
- Partner with Senior Leadership to develop and monitor key performance indicators across the organization
- Work closely with department owners to translate key operational metrics into actionable guidance that assists with decision-making
- Create and operate key financial forecasting tools and operating models, partnering with teams across the business to maximize predictability
- Create and own the financial planning and budgeting lifecycle, working to shape the financial trajectory of the business and connect operating goals to financial targets
- Identify and execute opportunities to maximize ROI throughout the organization and drive sustainable growth
- Support the Board and Executive team on ad hoc strategy and financial analyses, such as new product launches, expansions, and operational changes
- Implement new processes, tools, and systems to improve forecasting and reporting accuracy and efficiency
