Job Description
Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager job at Ultimate Technologies Group, leading company ranked as Best Place to Work in Indiana. Reporting to CEO, responsible for financial strategy and operations, including accounting, cash flow, and compliance. Seeking a candidate with experience in project-based accounting and finance, financial strategy, and ERP systems, with a growth mindset and desire to grow into a CFO role.
Requirements
- Fully participate on the Senior Executive Team
- Fully understand the business to create and present financial, accounting and tax strategy
- Oversee/manage accounting, currently in a third-party capacity
- Provide financial strategy, planning, analysis and insights
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, progress billing, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage relationships with banks
- Provide financial forecasting and budget oversight
- Provide after-project review/profitability analysis
- Negotiate benefits, business insurance, terms, and conditions of other contracts
- Stays up on current events that impact a business like UTG and is continually learning new approaches and the next things we should be considering both functionally and as a company
