Job Description
Pella Northland is seeking a Trade Sales Consultant to delight customers, build relationships with builders, contractors, and other partners, and generate high-volume sales. This role focuses on exceeding customer expectations and fostering long-term partnerships within the architectural and construction industry. Requirements
- Relationship-based sales experience.
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Strong computer aptitude.
- Positive energy and team work.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or 1-2 years experience/training, or equivalent combination.
- Construction background (highly preferred).
