Job Description
Peloton is seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Director, Privacy to lead their global privacy program. This role is critical to Peloton's mission of being a trusted brand in connected fitness, requiring a strategic thinker with subject matter expertise in global regulations and data protection laws. The Director will partner with business units to embed privacy best practices and ensure member trust.
Requirements
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in good standing of at least one state bar (New York bar preferred).
- 12+ years of legal experience with a significant focus on privacy and data protection.
- CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, or other relevant privacy certifications.
- Experience designing, building, and managing a global privacy compliance program.
- Excellent business judgment and communication skills.
- Awareness of technology trends, particularly in health, fitness, and advertising.
