Job Description
The College of Information Sciences and Technology (IST) at Penn State invites applications for a tenure-line faculty position in Human-Centered Computing and Social Informatics, with a focus on Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Requirements
- PhD in informatics, computing, engineering, social sciences, or a related discipline
- Conduct cutting-edge interdisciplinary research
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses
- Supervise and mentor graduate students
- Pursue external funding to support research activities
- Engage in service activities at the college and university levels
