Paralegal - Immigration

We are looking for an experienced immigration paralegal to join our busy team in London. The role provides exposure to high quality work, responsibility, direct client contact, and training in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• At least 12 months' business immigration experience at a top tier immigration practice
• Knowledge of immigration legislation and experience of dealing with the Home Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy workload
• Sound organisational skills; flexible, pragmatic and problem-solving approach
• Ability to work both alone and collaboratively with other team members
• Confidence in client facing communications
• Attention to accuracy and detail
• Collaborative team member with ability to quickly build relationships with a wide range of people
• Receptive to facilitate and support change to work systems and processes given the rapid pace of change to Home Office rules/policies/procedures
• Comfortable working under pressure with the ability to plan and prioritise work; appreciation of fee earner needs and constraints; commercially aware
