Requirements
- Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants
- Greet members upon arrival and departure from Y and make an effort to learn each member's name
- Conduct discussions and/or tours responsive to the needs of prospective members
- Build relationships with members and help members connect with one another and the Y
- Handle and resolve membership concerns and inform supervisor of unusual situations or unresolved issues
