Senior Tooling Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Tooling Engineer to join our Sanford, NC team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple injection mold tooling projects and working with product engineers to design and develop new tools. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in injection mold processing, tooling, and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar background
• 7-10 years' experience in injection mold processing, tooling, and project management
• Experience with managing injection molding tooling projects
• Injection molding processing experience
• SolidWorks (or similar design software) experience
• SolidWorks Moldflow experience
• Strong project management skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Ability to travel 15% of the year
