Job Description
We're looking for a Technical Sourcer to identify exceptional technical talent for our clients. This is a remote contract position with potential for extension or permanent conversion.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in research, recruitment, sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong research abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Understanding of different technical roles and ability to distinguish between software engineers, data scientists, product managers, etc.
- Experience with LinkedIn (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred), ATS systems, and Excel/Google Sheets
