HR Admin Manager

Oversee employees planning, scheduling, and deployment. Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees in line with company policies and industry regulations. Responsible for payroll, welfare, and manpower issues, fostering a supportive working environment for employees.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a personnel leadership role
• Strong understanding of work pass applications and MOM regulations
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively with strong decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and adapt
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset in fast-paced environment
• Capable of working both independently and within cross-functional teams
