Board Certification in Family Medicine or Combined Internal Medicine & Pediatrics, Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution, Experience with in-office procedures required
Clinical Health Coach - Hybrid
2+ years of clinical experience with a Bachelor’s degree, clinical licensure/certification preferred, active certification(s) in fitness, wellness, or related clinical areas preferred
Patient (Member) Success Specialist - Palm Beach County/Fort Lauderdale
High school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare related field, 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare settings
Patient (Member) Success Specialist - Orlando
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field preferred
Primary Care Physician
Board-certified Primary Care Physician with experience in primary care and in-office procedures, required
Primary Care Physician
Board certification in Family Medicine or Combined Internal Medicine & Pediatrics, active medical license, and DEA certification required
Physical Therapy Assistant
Associate's degree in PTA required. State licensure as PA required. CPR/BLS certification needed
