Job Description
PeopleTec is seeking a Mid-Level Model Based Systems Engineer to support the development of Next Generation Missile Defense system-level requirements. This position plays a key role in defining, analyzing, and managing requirements spanning the entire system life cycle.
Requirements
- 2-8 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or MBSE
- Proven experience in systems engineering supporting missile defense or other complex defense systems
- Expertise with MBSE principles, SysML, and CAMEO Systems Modeler
- Strong understanding of MDA system architectures, lifecycle processes, and verification/validation
- Ability to translate high-level mission objectives into detailed technical requirements
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
