Job Description
PeopleTec is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the development of Next Generation Missile Defense system-level requirements. This position plays a key role in defining, analyzing, and managing requirements spanning the entire system life cycle - from concept development through testing and deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or MBSE (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Proven experience in systems engineering supporting missile defense or other complex defense systems
- Expertise with MBSE principles, SysML, and CAMEO Systems Modeler
- Strong understanding of MDA system architectures, lifecycle processes, and verification/validation
- Ability to translate high-level mission objectives into detailed technical requirements
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance is required to perform this work
- Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field; Master’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
