Job Description
Storage24 is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead and inspire a team, drive demand generation, and build a scalable lead engine to fuel revenue growth targets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation
- Ideally, a degree in business, business development, marketing, data analytics, or similar
- Deep expertise in paid performance channels (especially Google Ads and Meta)
- Proven track record in conversion optimization and lead funnel management
- First leadership experience with remote or international teams
- Strong grasp of conversion rate optimization, marketing attribution, and CRM
- Strong command of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot (or similar), BI Tools
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- A hands-on, “let’s make it happen” attitude
