Head of Growth Marketing (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead our demand generation and drive revenue growth targets. As a strategic thinker and hands-on doer, you will build a scalable, data-driven lead engine and manage a team of motivated individuals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation
• Degree in business, business development, marketing, data analytics, or similar
• Deep expertise in paid performance channels (especially Google Ads and Meta)
• Proven track record in conversion optimization and lead funnel management
• First leadership experience with remote or international teams
• Strong grasp of conversion rate optimization, marketing attribution, and CRM
