Job Description
Peraton is seeking a Director of Capture Management to lead the development of winning strategies for Data Analytics projects, particularly within the DIA/NGA/NRO environment. This role requires a strategic leader with success in capturing new business and ensuring alignment with company goals. The Director will partner with program management, solution architects, and functional leadership to develop winning proposals and contribute to the company's mission. Success is measured by meeting acquisition and financial targets.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 16+ years of experience including 5+ years in capture management
- Track record of growth as a capture leader in the Data Analytics market
- Knowledge of complex solutions, agile software development, and high-end systems engineering
- Strong business acumen, Federal procurement knowledge, and excellent strategic selling skills
