Job Description
Perceptyx is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to generate qualified enterprise opportunities and partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue growth. The role involves pipeline generation, strategic engagement, qualification, collaboration, and maintaining CRM hygiene.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience
- Experience in enterprise SaaS with B2B sales development or inside sales experience
- Demonstrated success selling into enterprise organizations, preferably to HR or L&D leaders
- Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM and sales engagement tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
