Greet and welcome guests, register guests into the computer system, handle cash and balance the cash drawer, and provide guests with information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalence
- 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to bend and twist, push, and pull, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to ascend and descend a ladder
