Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, particularly organic and sustainable methods.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
