Account Executive

PerformYard is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join their fast-growing SaaS team. The role focuses on managing a high volume of inbound leads, engaging with prospects, and closing enterprise clients in B2B SaaS. The company values driven individuals and career growth potential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2+ years in sales, account executive, account management, business development or related role
• 1+ years in a closing role
• Experience with the full life cycle of the sales process
• Demonstrated track record of success in a sales role
• Strong desire to learn and succeed in tech sales
• Ability to write crisp emails and present with a great phone presence
• Knowledge/Experience of any of the following industry sectors is a plus: Enterprise SaaS, HR SaaS, Talent Mgmt
