Job Description
PerformYard is a fast-growing SaaS company seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to build and maintain relationships with customers, drive product adoption, and help customers achieve their performance goals. The role involves providing consultative advice, training, and supporting the implementation of PerformYard software. This is a 100% remote position with a focus on customer success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of one year of Customer Success, Account Management, Account Support or related experience
- Detail oriented and able to manage multiple requests
- Enthusiastic and proactive self-starter
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding or previous use of CRM, Customer Success or Help software tools
