Job Description
We are looking for an Account Manager DACH to play a key role in the entire customer journey, assisting in the implementation of our solution and ensuring that customers continue to benefit from it, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.
Requirements
- Manage the entire implementation of our solution and keep track of scope, time and budget.
- Guide customers through the QuickStart onboarding journey and drive early value realisation.
- Consistently maintain excellent customer success by being in close contact with customers and ensuring they receive the maximum return on their investment in Peripass.
- Drive growth in your customer portfolio and assist the sales team by spotting cross-selling opportunities.
