Job Description
Perkins Coie is searching for a Hub Administrative Specialist to provide administrative support for non-legal tasks and project-based support for tasks submitted to the Hub from various customers. The role is part of the firm's internal service delivery model and requires maintaining the highest level of professional conduct and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Provide support for administrative requests submitted to the Hub
- Be the primary resource for time intensive and/or recurring projects
- Effectively use operational tools within the Hub
- Capture project time and data as required
