Job Description
Perkins Coie is seeking a Litigation Legal Practice Assistant to provide administrative support to designated attorneys and provide backup reception and hospitality support.
Requirements
- Maintain overview of timekeepers' workload and caseload
- Create, edit, and revise documents
- Maintain timekeepers' calendars
- File documents with courts and agencies
- Process and route incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate with docketing specialist
- Prepare new client/matter intake forms
- Assist with billing process
- Prepare accounting documents
- Coordinate client/attorney/administrative conferences
- Coordinate travel arrangements
