PermitFlow is a startup that streamlines construction permitting in the US construction market. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage customer relationships, develop processes, and provide user feedback to develop the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience within the early stage tech startup space
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for building strong customer relationships
- Experience in the construction industry (and ideally permitting) is a strong plus
