Job Description
Perrigo is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide decision-making and support for the safe, sanitary, and profitable operation of a manufacturing facility. This role involves troubleshooting issues, leading maintenance teams, and ensuring adherence to GMP principles and production efficiency. The position requires a skilled individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
Requirements
- Review and complete daily Maintenance Foundation Documents.
- Supervise daily activities and projects of maintenance personnel.
- Evaluate training needs for mechanics.
- Participate in PERTOW, SHO, RCA, and BDA meetings.
- Review key performance indicators.
- Follow safety and environmental regulations.
