Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading maintenance work activities for their assigned shifts and area. This role is crucial for maintaining plant areas and equipment in an efficient, safe, and reliable manner, and ensures timely completion of assigned tasks. The role requires collaboration with Operations leadership to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
- Completed High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Technology Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical maintenance) or an equivalent combination
- Three (3)-Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to work rotating or night shifts
- 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related environment
- Experience in predictive/preventive maintenance and reliability engineering
- Six Sigma Green Belt experience preferred
