Senior Product Manager

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to accelerate our next stage of growth at Perry Weather. The role involves shaping product direction, guiding cross-functional teams, and driving commercial and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in high-velocity environments (preferably B2B SaaS)
• A track record of shipping products end-to-end and driving real usage and impact
• Strong go-to-market instincts; you understand how positioning, pricing, and distribution shape product success
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills; you know how to extract insights and turn them into action
• Data fluency and analytical rigor; you’re comfortable in spreadsheets and product analytics tools
• Ability to prototype ideas using AI or design tools to move fast
• High ownership, low ego, and strong follow-through — you set a high bar and bring others with you
• Curiosity, speed, and adaptability — you love learning new domains and leveling up quickly
