Payroll Supervisor

Join the Pack at Pet Food Experts! As a Payroll Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day payroll operations for approximately 1,300 employees across multiple states, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate the daily payroll process
• Audit timekeeping data and payroll reports for accuracy
• Maintain payroll records, reports, and supporting documentation
• Review and validate payroll tax withholdings, benefit deductions, and direct deposit setups
• Support month-end and year-end processes including reconciliations, W-2s, and ACA reporting
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and other departments to resolve payroll-related discrepancies
