Job Description
Peter Park is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Customer Relationship Management team in Munich. The role involves proactively supporting B2B customers, optimizing CRM processes, onboarding new customers, and advising on technical and organizational challenges. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with an analytical mindset, experience in Customer Success Management, and proficiency in German and English.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Customer Success Management and/or Account Management.
- Strong communicator with an analytical mindset.
- Team player with experience in developing internal processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office.
- Experience with CRM systems (ideally).
- Fluent German in spoken and written language.
- Good English skills.
- Additional languages (Italian, French) are an advantage.
