Job Description
Peter Park is seeking a Team Lead Recruiting to build and expand the successful recruiting team. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, candidate experience, and strategic recruitment to support the growth of the Peter Park team, with a focus on achieving ambitious recruitment goals. Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential. The team environment encourages open communication, innovative thinking, and employee development.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in the People & Culture area, preferably in recruiting for non-tech positions.
- Strong ability to identify talent and deliver outstanding pitches.
- Analytical and data-driven skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Fluent in German and English (plus foreign language preferred).
