Job Description
Peterson Health is a compassionate, community hospital in Texas, seeking a PRN Home Care Speech Language Pathologist to coordinate and manage the care of patients in their homes (private residence, assisted living, etc.). The role involves independent patient management, evaluation of needs, and collaboration with caregivers and IDG members. It's a shift-based position with varying schedules.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current Texas License as a Speech Language Pathologist
- CPR
- Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
