Growth Marketer

PhantomBuster is a fast-growing SaaS company looking for a Growth Marketer to help scale their acquisition channels through sharp execution and smart experimentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, focused on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven record managing ad budgets above €20K/month.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect data to revenue outcomes.
• Attention to detail & strong project management skills supporting move from scrappy startup to structured scale up.
• Experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency or creative production.
• Fluent (C2) in English, both written and spoken.
• Fast learner and analytical mindset — focused on revenue generation and improving key metrics.
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS growth funnels or self-serve product-led acquisition.
• Experience with lifecycle or CRM tools (Brevo, Customer.io).
