Phare Health is now part of R1 and its AI innovation engine, R37 Lab, building the first AI-native Healthcare Revenue Operating System, a connected platform that reasons over full medical records, payer logic, and financial workflows. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and support teams to deliver AI-native products, collaborate across functions, drive innovation, and foster a diverse and inclusive culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering manager
- Expertise in recruiting exceptional talent to build high-performing teams
- Knowledge and experience leading teams building products such as Search, Ranking, or generative AI products at a significant scale
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Kotlin, or C#
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
