Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager with Healthcare AI experience to lead and scale a cross-functional engineering team.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years in engineering leadership or team management
- Strong hands-on coding experience (Node.js, Python, Java,.NET, or similar)
- Direct experience building Healthcare AI, clinical AI, or AI-driven SaaS platforms
- Experience integrating with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR, APIs)
- Strong experience in enterprise API integrations and third-party implementations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL, pipelines, warehousing)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
