Front of House Manager

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a Front of House Manager to join their rapidly growing team. The Front of House Manager is responsible for managing a team that develops and implements quality, training, customer experience programs, and operational initiatives to improve accuracy and safety.

Requirements

• Development of high customer experience standards
• Implementation of a world-class customer service program
• Supervision of a team to ensure acceptable standards are maintained
• Compliance with cash procedures and daily cash reconciliation
• Direct supervision of the check-in/camera assigned team
• Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation
• Communication and collaboration with other Managers to achieve the organization’s goals
• Establish and implement operational policies, standards, and procedures for retail staff
• Partner with the PharmaCann Human Resources team for HR functions
• Manage the performance, performance manage and coach, and discipline team members
