The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team that develops and implements quality, training, and customer experience programs, ensuring safety, security, and regulatory standards are maintained.
Requirements
- Drive high customer experience standards
- Lead a world-class customer service program
- Partner with cross-divisional managers to ensure adequate staffing
- Comply and audit cash procedures
- Directly supervise the check-in/camera assigned team
- Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation
- Deliver results and strategic direction
- Communicate and collaborate with Managers and Supervisors
- Support the implementation of operational policies
- Ensure staff have a thorough understanding of corporate processes
- Train employees in customer experience and hospitality standards
- Maintain a training calendar
- Ensure continuous training and development with team members
- Lead by example and coach team members on performance
