Tech Lead Manager

We are looking for a Tech Lead Manager to lead the hands-on development of Pharmacy2U's core internal systems across web and mobile platforms, delivering high-quality front-end solutions and interfaces for key projects. You will oversee and grow a team of developers, providing leadership and support through core line management responsibilities, including regular 1:1s and career development.

Requirements

• Extensive commercial experience of developing React, Next.JS, TypeScript, GraphQL and developing new components.
• Experience in a headless, eCommerce platform such as BigCommerce.
• Experience either leading a small team or mentoring Junior Developers as a senior.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Experience working in software development as a senior developer or team leader.
