Job Description
PharmaEssentia is seeking an experienced Hematology Account Manager to drive sales of its biopharmaceutical product, BESREMi®, in assigned geographical areas. The role involves building and executing territory plans to educate customers, building relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales objectives within a specific market. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and business acumen.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, specifically in hematology oncology
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Track record of hematology oncology sales experience in academic and community-based institutions
- Existing relationships with key customers (KOLs, key account leadership)
- Experience in new product launches
- Experience in a start-up environment (preferred)
- Specialty pharmacy knowledge (preferred)
