Job Description
PharmaEssentia is seeking an experienced Hematology Account Manager to drive sales and customer engagement for their growing product, BESREMi®. The role involves managing accounts, developing territory plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize customer treatment and address unmet needs in hematology oncology. This is a sales and business development position requiring a passion for patient outcomes and strategic planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Existing relationships with key customers are highly valued
- Experience in new product launches
- Experience working in a start-up environment is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
