Manager (w/m/d) BI - Commercial Insights

PharmaSGP is a pharmaceutical company with a broad portfolio of leading over-the-counter (OTC) medications and other health products. They are looking for a Manager (w/m/d) BI - Commercial Insights to analyze and interpret market data from various sources, translate business questions into clear data and KPI definitions, and derive drivers and concrete action recommendations from them. The ideal candidate has a completed degree in BWL or comparable and at least 3 years of relevant experience in Commercial/Marketing Analytics, BI, or data-driven business analysis. Strong process understanding and end-to-end thinking are required, as well as very good knowledge of Power BI and Excel. Communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level) are also necessary.

Requirements

• Completed degree in BWL or comparable
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Commercial/Marketing Analytics, BI, or data-driven business analysis
• Very good knowledge of Power BI and Excel
• Strong process understanding and end-to-end thinking
• Good communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level)
