Job Description
phData is seeking a Client Account Lead to drive strategic growth and profitability across a portfolio of Financial Services accounts, focusing on Insurance. The role involves partnering with global insurers and carriers to modernize operations and manage risk, leveraging phData's expertise and industry fluency. This is a remote-first role within a fast-growing data analytics firm.
Requirements
- 10+ years of consulting experience with 5+ years within Financial Services
- Proven track record owning and growing strategic accounts (e.g., $5–15M+ in annual revenue targets)
- Hands-on collaboration with data and technology teams (data platforms, pipelines, governance, analytics, and AI)
- Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and influence strategic roadmaps
- Valid W-2 verification
