Requirements
- Manage and resolve IT support requests
- Answer employee questions regarding laptops and accounts
- Create and configure accounts and de-provision accounts
- Assist with security questionnaires and IT asset management
- Execute technology changes and ensure optimal application performance
- Maintain IT asset inventory
- Work with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS
- Troubleshoot hardware and other IT devices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
