Job Description
Cloudflare is seeking an IT Operations Specialist I to provide onsite IT support to employees and assist with daily IT operations at a corporate office in Bengaluru, India. The role involves maintaining IT systems, supporting conference room technology, and assisting with device setup and user requests. It's a fully onsite position reporting to the IT Operations Manager and requires strong troubleshooting skills and communication abilities.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
- Knowledge of IT asset management practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
