Job Description
PHIL is seeking a Director/Vice President of Business Development to lead the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to contract finalization. This role focuses on securing new business, managing a robust pipeline of healthcare company clients, and establishing key client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles
- Strong background in or exposure to the pharmaceutical industry
- Understanding of the prescription fulfillment process (hubs, prior authorizations, pharmacy distribution)
