Director, Business Development

P10 is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within a pharmaceutical or healthcare organization. This role is a strategic and entrepreneurial position focused on building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals with clients. The ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle and demonstrate a proven ability to deliver against quotas in a competitive environment.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive sales/business development experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing/communications.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth.
• Deep knowledge of the pharma/healthcare agency landscape.
• Strong existing network of decision-makers at pharmaceutical/healthcare companies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch.
