Job Responsibilities: Executing growth initiatives, supporting commercial strategy, aligning Business and Market Combination (BMC) enablers, handling complex issues, and leading strategic direction. Additionally, evaluating competitive action and handling strategic global deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Economics or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Business Planning or equivalent.
- Proven people management experience, including team development and performance oversight.
- Strong track record in KPI management, strategic planning, and deal process execution.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Agile, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
