Job Description
The Partner Operations Manager ensures an efficient way of working between Philips and its Partners. This role supports the Partner Account Managers by managing the operational related activities in the Partner business domain throughout the lifetime of the Partner relation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in healthcare (medical devices, medical consumables, pharmaceuticals etc.) or FMCG
- Strong experience in working with Channel Partners and Distributors from an operational standpoint
- Process-Oriented with Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Collaborative with a professional presence that influences desired results with both external and internal stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational, project management and time management skills
- Strong Analytical and Reporting Skills
- Positive, structured, organized mindset with a high level of personal integrity and self-discipline
- Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language
